- Is a casino night appropriate for a company holiday party?
- Yes. Our events are entertainment only: no real money is wagered and there are no cash prizes. Guests play with chips, then exchange them for raffle tickets toward prizes you choose. It is the format used for corporate events across South Florida and it is easy for HR and legal to approve.
- How far in advance should we book a December date?
- Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings in the first three weeks of December go first, and most companies lock their vendor in October. We suggest booking 4 to 6 weeks ahead at minimum. A deposit confirms your date.
- Will it work in our office?
- Usually, yes. Plan on roughly 80 to 100 square feet per table. Conference rooms, breakrooms, lobbies, restaurant private rooms, rooftops, and hotel ballrooms all work. We coordinate directly with your venue or building management and provide a certificate of insurance on request.
- How many tables do we need for our group?
- One table seats about 7 to 10 players at a time, and guests rotate. A good starting point is one table for every 10 to 12 guests so everyone is playing, not waiting. Tell us your headcount and we will recommend the mix.
- Can the party be during the day or on a weekday?
- Yes. Lunchtime, afternoon, and weekday events are all available, and weekday dates are the easiest to secure in December.
- Who provides the prizes?
- You do, and we run the raffle. Gift cards, electronics, extra PTO, and company swag are the usual winners. Custom chips with your company logo are available as an add-on.
