How much does a casino party cost in South Florida?

Casino tables set up across a ballroom floor in Broward County

A casino party in South Florida is priced by three things: how many tables you rent, how many hours they run, and how many dealers it takes to staff them. A small private party with two tables and two dealers for three hours generally lands in the high hundreds; a corporate night with eight to twelve tables runs into the low thousands. Everything else on the invoice is a choice you make, not a surprise.

Below is how the price is built, what the ranges look like across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach, and the questions to ask any company so you are comparing like with like.

What you are actually paying for

Every casino party quote is a bundle of four things, whether or not the company itemizes them.

  • Tables. Blackjack, Texas Hold'em, Three Card Poker, Roulette, and Craps each have their own table. Roulette and craps are larger, heavier, and take a more experienced dealer, so they usually cost a little more than a blackjack table. Ask whether the tables are full-size casino-grade pieces or folding-table kits with a felt layout; the difference shows in every photo of your event.
  • Dealers. One per table, for the full event. Dealers are the product: a good one teaches first-timers in thirty seconds and keeps a table laughing for three hours. This is where cheap quotes cut corners.
  • Hours. Three hours of play is the standard package across the industry. Extra hours are priced per table per hour.
  • Delivery, setup, and teardown. Trucking, two hours of setup, chips, cards, dice, raffle tickets, and the breakdown afterward. Most established companies include this inside their service area; some charge mileage beyond it.

Typical ranges in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach

Prices vary by company, date, and distance, so treat these as orientation, not a quote. For a three-hour event with professional dealers:

Event sizeTablesTypical range
Backyard or office party, 15 to 30 guests2 to 3high hundreds to low thousands
Company party or birthday, 40 to 75 guests4 to 6low to mid thousands
Gala, fundraiser, or large corporate, 100 to 150 guests8 to 13mid thousands and up

Two things push a quote toward the top of a range: Saturday nights in December, when every company in South Florida wants the same dates, and venues that require early load-in or union labor. Weekday and daytime events are consistently the best value.

Add-ons that change the number

  • Custom-logo chips or funny money with your company's name. A favorite for corporate events; guests keep one as a souvenir.
  • Tournament format. A Texas Hold'em bracket with a trophy for the last player standing needs a tournament director, so it is quoted separately.
  • Extra dealers or a second pit boss for very large rooms.
  • Prizes. You supply them; the company runs the raffle. Gift cards, a long weekend, and extra PTO work better than expensive electronics.

Questions that make quotes comparable

Ask every company the same five questions. The answers separate the real operators from the brokers.

  • Is delivery, setup, and teardown included for my venue, or is there a mileage charge?
  • Are tax and gratuity included, or added on the final invoice?
  • Are the dealers your employees or subcontractors, and who runs the floor on the night?
  • Can you provide a certificate of insurance naming my venue as additional insured?
  • What exactly happens at the end of the night: how do chips become prizes?

Why the cheapest quote is rarely the cheapest night

Casino parties live or die on dealers. A company that undercuts the market usually does it by sending fewer dealers than tables, hiring untrained staff, or shortening the night. The room notices within twenty minutes. Pay for the dealers, keep the table count honest for your guest count, and spend the savings on better prizes.

If you want a number for your date, send us the guest count, the city, and the room. We reply within 24 hours with an all-in quote, and we match or beat any written competitor quote for the same setup.

All Casino Party Management Services events are for entertainment only. No real money is wagered, chips have no cash value, and no cash prizes are awarded; guests play for raffle tickets and prizes supplied by the host.

Quick answers
How much does a casino party cost for 50 guests?
For 50 guests, plan on four to six tables with a dealer at each for three hours. In South Florida that typically lands in the low to mid thousands depending on the games chosen, the date, and the venue. Weekday and daytime events cost less than Saturday nights in December.
Is delivery and setup included in a casino party price?
Established South Florida operators include delivery, two hours of setup, and teardown inside their service area. Always ask, because some companies add mileage or labor charges on the final invoice.
Do I have to tip the dealers?
Gratuity is optional and appreciated. Some companies include it in the quote; others leave it to the host. Ask before you sign so the final invoice has no surprises.
Is a casino party legal in Florida?
Yes, when it is run as entertainment: no real money is wagered, chips have no cash value, and there are no cash prizes. Guests exchange chips for raffle tickets toward prizes supplied by the host.
